 Shipping Typically, videos are completed and ready for shipment within 2 weeks following the conclusion of an event. If you order after that timeframe, most videos ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Returns If you are dissatisfied with your video, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If you receive an incorrect or damaged disc, you may exchange it within 60 days for a replacement copy. |
